  • In winter season it is possible to travel only with ski or a snowboard on feet.

Operating hours

  • 8:00 – 16:00 cableways
  • 8:00 – 20:00 ski lift
  • 16:00 – 20:00 evening skiing only at ski lift

Point tickets

  • Passengers must keep track of the current balance of points on their tickets when passing through the turnstile.
  • Points that remain on the ticket and are not sufficient for a ride are automatically added to the next point ticket. If next ticket is not provided, the turnstile will not allow entry.
  • Point tickets are sold in valid values according to pricelist or in variable values from 30 to 600 points.
  • Validity of a point ticket is one season.

Discount from the price of fare

  • Discount from the price of fare can be drawn only on H-B-C card.
  • Every visitor to Harrachov can get the H-B-C card from his/her accommodation provider, a member of the Association for the Development of Tourism in Harrachov.
  • Discount from the price of fare is granted only when purchased at the main ticket offices.

Children

  • Children are 4 to 13 years old.
  • Children under 4 years of age accompanied by a person older than 15 years can drive sitting in lap free of charge.

CAUTION

  • Do not expose the ticket to excessive heat and magnetic field (e.g. magnetic zips, mobile phones), do not damage it mechanically and do not fold it. CZK 10 is charged for the replacement of a damaged ticket.
  • By purchasing tickets, the participants in transport undertake to respect the contractual transport conditions, instructions to passengers, instructions of transport personnel and guidelines expressed in the form of signs (pictograms).
  • In case of breach of the contractual transport conditions, instructions for passengers and guidelines for users of ski tracks, especially jumping the queue and driving outside the marked ski slopes, the operator reserves the right to exclude such participant from transport.
  • Time ticket is not transferable, valid are only tickets purchased in marked places.
  • Reimbursement of unused fare is provided in the event that the capacity of transportation facilities falls down by more than 50% for more than 1.5 hours. No compensation is provided for lost tickets.
